Traps alone don't work if the entry points stay open — our Rochester, MI crew seals the building envelope while removing what's already inside. Beyond droppings and noise, chewed wiring and insulation damage are real risks we flag during every inspection.
Rodent control here means construction-grade exclusion: hardware cloth, sealant, and door sweeps, applied by trained techs.

Norway rats burrow at grade, so we focus on foundation perimeters, deck footings, and crawl space vents.

We service multi-unit properties on a recurring schedule with logged station checks for management records.

A typical job is a single day of work plus a short follow-up window to verify the population is gone.
Snap traps and sealing come first; bait stations are reserved for specific situations like commercial perimeter control.
